The Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41mm is ready to add excitement to your watch collection with different dial colors.
The blue of the sea, the green of the forest, the red of the sunset, the dusty pink of a cloudless day... One day / 24 hours full of colors. But I cannot say the same thing for 2020 as a whole. This year, which passed in black and white due to the coronavirus, many brands preferred to welcome watch enthusiasts with colorful dials to return the colors stolen from us.
Perhaps the most anticipated novelties of this year belonged to Rolex. Renewing the Submariner family and making additions to the Sky-Dweller and Datejust collections, the most striking innovation for me was the Oyster Perpetual 41mm models with colorful dials.
The new Rolex Oyster Perpetual models come in five different dial colors: powder pink, yellow, green, turquoise, and coral. Thanks to its very bright, blue glow and long-lasting Chromalight, time can be easily read at night and in areas with low light. We wouldn't be wrong to call it eye-catching for colors that look very vivid. These models, which are "fun" rather than "serious", are stylish and sporty enough to be used at any time of the day for young people and those who feel young.
These new models get full marks from me as a watch editor not only with their colors but also with their case diameter. If your wrists are not too thick or too thin, you can use it comfortably. The watches, which keep the Rolex craftsmanship and luxury feel alive to the full, are resistant to water pressure up to 100 meters.
The Oyster Perpetual 41mm is powered by the self-winding Caliber 3230, which provides 70 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
If you ask my favorite dial color among these watches completed with a three-piece Oyster bracelet, I haven't got an exact answer for you. Looking at each of them gives different pleasure. Eventually, the final decision is up to you, but the green, turquoise, and yellow versions that we could see in person were all beautiful.
