Oris Aquis Date 41.5mm New Dials

Oris is welcoming summer with two vibrant models in its versatile Aquis Date 41.5mm dive watch collection, perfect for outdoor adventures and everyday wear. Recently updated for a more refined profile and enhanced comfort, the Aquis Date series continues to impress.

Since its debut in 2011, the Aquis Date collection has primarily featured blue, green, and black dials. In 2021, Oris expanded this palette with a striking cherry red version and a multicolored mottled dial made from upcycled plastic. The following year, the Aquis Date 36.5mm introduced colorful mother-of-pearl dials, along with the Cotton Candy Divers Sixty-Five series in pink, green, and baby blue.

For summer 2024, Oris embraces more vibrant hues. The new models feature green or red sunray-brushed dials, complemented by white ceramic bezels with matching green or red markings. The upgraded unidirectional rotating bezels, luminescent Alpha hour and minute hands, and shield-shaped hour markers align with recent design enhancements. However, these summer editions retain white backgrounds for their date windows, unlike the updated Aquis 41.5mm models.

The 300m water-resistant case now has a slimmer profile of 12.9mm, down from 13.3mm, with shorter, more ergonomic lugs and tapering crown guards. The brushed and polished surfaces accentuate the case construction, while the new stainless steel bracelet with redesigned links and broader brushed central links offers improved comfort.

The Oris 733 calibre, based on the Sellita SW200-1, is visible through the mineral glass case back. This automatic movement, with a 28,800vph frequency, provides a 38-hour power reserve.

The new Oris Aquis Date 41.5mm models are now available, retailing for CHF 2,400.
