The new model that attracts attention with its ultra-complex movement and details that tribute to the brand’s Métiers d’Art concept, is offered in a 18K pink gold case measuring 47mm in diameter and 19.1mm in height. The case is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides and is extensively decorated with hand-applied figures all over requiring a whopping 300 hours of labor.
Vacheron Constantin Les Cabinotiers Grande Complication Phoenix (Ref. 9700C/003R-B187) hosts 15 different complications like the heavy hitter Minute Repeater, Tourbillon, Perpetual Calendar (date, day of the week, month and leap year indication) as well as power reserve indication, Equation of Time, sunset time, sunrise time, sky chart, age and phases of the moon, sidereal hours and minutes, seasons, Zodiac sign, and a striking mechanism torque indication. The functions are displayed on both sides of the case through beautifully crafted anthracite dials.
The model is powered by the brand’s manufacture movement Caliber 2755. 839 parts, hand-wound movement beats at 2.5Hz and offers a power reserve of 58 hours when fully wound.
