Breitling, announcing its brand partnership with the award-winning online luxury retailer mrporter.com, crowned this special partnership with a new limited edition model designed exclusively for the occasion. The brand will be on sale at Mr Porter with a selection of 31 timepieces from Breitling’s iconic product families including the new Breitling Navitimer Aviator 8 B01 The Chronograph 43 Limited Edition (Ref. AB01171A / G839) beginning on 4th June.
The new model is based on the new Navitimer 8 Collection which was introduced earlier this year received positive feedback from the watch enthusiasts as well as the authorities.
Breitling Navitimer Aviator 8 B01 The Chronograph 43 Limited Edition (Ref. AB01171A / G839) comes in a stainless steel case measuring 43mm in diameter and 13.97mm in height. The case is equipped with a double side antireflective treated convex sapphire crystal on the front face and a sapphire crystal display stainless steel case back at the rear. Accompanied with the Breitling classic bidirectional pointer bezel and a screw-lock winding crown, the case is water resistant to 100 meters / 10 bars.
Designed in the classic Tri-Compax Chronograph lay-out, the dial sports anthracite sub-counters over silvery background. The sword shaped hands and Arabic numeral indices are SuperLumiNova® phosphor material applied for optimum legibility almost at any environment. The date display is located between 4 and 5 o’clock.
The new model is powered by the brand’s manufacture movement Caliber Ref. B01. Self-winding movement features 346 individual parts, it beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph) and offers a power reserve of 70 hours when fully wound. COSC certified movement is equipped with chronograph and date functions besides time keeping.
Available in a limited edition of only 1000 pieces, the model is offered with a brown leather strap and Breitling signed stainless steel standard buckle.
