Breitling is under the spotlight with the Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition, designed for the Continental GT Mulliner Convertible from the famous ultra-luxury car manufacturer and its long-standing brand partner, Bentley.
The brand partnership between Breitling and Bentley celebrates its 17th anniversary this year. The two famous brands, which also hold the title of the longest brand partnership between these two sectors, are the guests of Horobox pages with another stylish model.
Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition offers many details referring to both its brand partner Bentley and the Continental GT Mulliner Convertible, one of the brand's latest models.
Introduced earlier this year, the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible was designed by Bentley Mulliner workshop, who has a significant role in the brand's most unique and customized models since 1959. The Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition, which was introduced on the same day with the model that rewrites the definition of luxury through Bentley’s interpretation, brings together all the common points of the two brands under the same roof.
The model comes in a 42mm diameter and 13.65mm thick case. The case is made of stainless steel, riveting its nostalgic theme with its curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, flat bezel, large winding crown, and rectangular chronograph pushers with rounded edges. The case is equipped with a sapphire crystal display case back featuring the “MULLINER EDITION - BREITLING - ONE OF 1000 ”engraving and is waterproof up to 100 meters. The Bentley inscription plate on the left side of the case also refers to the background used in the dashboard of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible.
The dial design of the model is designed in the Bi-Compax chronograph layout, which is an indispensable part of the classic themed models. The blue details used on the silver background are the details that strengthen the connection of the model with the car that it was inspired by. The use of red accents nods to the red stitching on the interior of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner Convertible. The Arabic numeral indices and thin baton hands also emphasize the vintage theme of the model.
Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley Mulliner Limited Edition comes to life with the manufacture Caliber 01. The automatic movement, consisting of 346 parts, is equipped with a column wheel and vertical clutch chronograph function. Operating at a frequency of 4Hz (28.800vph), the movement offers up to 70 hours of power reserve when fully wound. The COSC certified movement can be viewed through the sapphire crystal case back.
Limited to only 1000 pieces, the model comes with a blue alligator strap accompanied by a stainless steel buckle available as folding or pin type.
