Czapek Faubourg de Cracovie Crossroads

Czapek introduces the Faubourg de Cracovie Crossroads, blending its signature elegance with a sporty edge. Launched in 2018 as the brand’s first chronograph, this model stands out with its new Crossroads guilloché pattern and a tachymeter scale on the flange, perfect for racing enthusiasts.

The 41.5mm case maintains Czapek's sleek design, integrating the pushers seamlessly into the crown guards for a streamlined look. Unlike bulky chronographs, it offers a refined silhouette with exquisite detailing.

The latest editions feature a black tachymeter scale and a precise minutes/seconds track on the flange, highlighting its racing spirit. The dial, crafted by Metalem, showcases a Crossroads guilloché pattern reminiscent of tire treads, enhancing its sporty aesthetic. Available in Deep Blue with silver counters or a monochrome grey Secret Alloy dial, both designs use the precious Secret Alloy 401, a mix of gold, platinum, palladium, and silver, for a striking finish.

Notable changes include the replacement of the Arabic 12 with double indices and the reduction of sub-dial sizes, aligning with the tachymeter’s new layout. The hands and indices are treated with Super-LumiNova, ensuring visibility in low light.

Powered by the automatic caliber SHX3, developed in collaboration with Vaucher Manufacture, the movement operates at 5 Hz for precise 1/10th-second measurements. It features a column wheel, vertical clutch, and a 65-hour power reserve. The movement’s modern finish, with anthracite sandblasted bridges and a pink gold open-worked rotor, adds a technical flair.
