Min. ReadHamilton added two new models to the popular Khaki Navy Dive series.
Continuing its activities under the umbrella of Swatch Group, Hamilton is one of the brands that offer the most successful alternatives among entry-level Swiss mechanical watches. The American origin brand maintains its place among the favorite names of watch lovers, with its rich heritage and the support of the Swatch Group.
The new models added to the brand's acclaimed Khaki Navy Dive series are a candidate to strengthen Hamilton’s hand in the diving watches segment in terms of both appearance and technical features.
The stainless steel case, resized to 43mm, sports a diving bezel equipped with an insert made of ceramic, one of the indispensable materials of modern times. The case, with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal on the front, is waterproof up to 300 meters with the help of the screw-lock winding crown.
With the new model, two different dial alternatives, designed in blue and black, are offered. The dials are designed to be clean and highly legible, befitting a Tool Watch, and do not offer any extra features, including the date window. There are 24-hour markers on the dial, where Super-LumiNOVA filled thick hands and large indices work on a matte background. While the red arrow-pointed second's hand adds color to the dial, it also emphasizes the sporty theme of the model.
The Caliber H-10 movement, based on ETA 2824, designed and manufactured by Swatch Group, gives life to the collection. Equipped with a Nivachron hairspring, the automatic movement allows the model to stand out from similar alternatives with its 80-hour power reserve when fully wound.
The black dial model comes with a stainless steel bracelet and black rubber strap, while the blue dial model is offered only with a stainless steel bracelet.
The new models take their places in our pages as important alternatives among the entry-level automatic diver watches with their specs and EUR 945 list price.
