Min. ReadHamilton and Engineered Garments have joined forces to present a new 36mm Khaki Field Titanium watch. Known for their military-inspired designs, Hamilton expands its Khaki Field series with this lightweight, minimalist timepiece in collaboration with the New York-based design house.
The watch, crafted from titanium, carries a case diameter of 36mm and a thickness of 10.8mm, reflecting a mid-century field watch style. The design is functional yet discreet, featuring a matte black dial with bold white Arabic numerals, ensuring excellent readability. Its hands are fitted with Super-LumiNova inserts, while the seconds hand has a luminescent tip. Modern features include an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a water resistance of 100 meters, making it a robust daily companion.
This special edition stands out due to its half-cut exhibition case back and a titanium bracelet with a folding buckle and three micro-adjustments, maintaining the lightweight and comfortable feel of the watch.
Powering this limited edition is the H-10 automatic movement, based on the Powermatic 80, derived from the ETA 2824. It operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3Hz), boasting a remarkable 80-hour power reserve and 25 jewels. The movement offers central hours, minutes, and hacking seconds for precision time-setting.
This 36mm Khaki Field Titanium watch is produced in a limited run of 1,999 pieces, celebrating the founding year of Engineered Garments. It’s a refined yet understated addition to Hamilton's iconic Khaki Field lineup, blending American heritage with Japanese design principles.
