Hublot, with its new Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon White model, carries its unique capabilities in alternative materials and modern styles to the Big Bang Tourbillon concept.
The new model comes with a Tonneau shaped case designed in the style of the Spirit of Big Bang Collection. In the production of the 42mm diameter case, a carbon-fiber alloy, which also uses white micro-glass fibers, is used. The case, with sapphire crystals on both sides, is resistant to water pressure up to 30 meters.
The black&white color palette dominating the model is also evident in the dial, which reveals the remarkable movement with its industrial design and heavily perforated components. While time display is done from a dedicated sub-dial, white scale and Super-LumiNOVA coated indexes and hands allow time to be read in almost any environment. At 6 o'clock, there is a tourbillon cage with a high-tech image and a power reserve indicator right above it.
Caliber HUB6020, one of the brand's cutting-edge technology movements, gives life to the new model. The hand-wound movement operates at a frequency of 3Hz (21.600vph) and offers a very efficient power reserve of 115 hours when fully wound. The movement, which comes in skeleton style and beautifully completes the black/white concept with its blackened components, can be enjoyed with pleasure thanks to the transparent dial and sapphire crystals placed on both sides of the case.
The model, which is limited to only 100 pieces, is accompanied by a black and white rubber strap, which emphasizes the black&white contrast color palette. The strap that is compatible with the brand's patented One-Click quick-change system is secured by a Hublot signed folding clasp. The list price for the model is 93.500 EUR.
