HYT T1 Series Millésime Edition

HYT has introduced the T1 Series Millésime Edition, unveiled during Geneva Watch Days 2024. This collection is a special, limited production available only from September 2024 to April 2025, adding fresh dial colors to its hydromechanical timepieces. The name “Millésime” refers to a year of exceptional quality, just like this limited-edition release.

Building on the 12th anniversary of the brand, this edition presents new purple, green, and chocolate-colored dials alongside the earlier salmon, anthracite, and silver versions. The purple and green dials come in a titanium case (refs. H03344-A and H03343-A), while the chocolate dial is set in a 5N rose gold case (ref. H03345-A).

The HYT T1 Series features a 45.3mm case with an ergonomic design for improved comfort and wearability. A key innovation is the fully enclosed dial, a first for HYT, where the signature bellows are hidden. The dial now showcases vertical satin-brushed finishes, black-tinted fluid for the purple version, and red fluid for the green and chocolate options. The 72-hour power reserve is indicated between 2 and 3 o’clock, ensuring technical functionality.

As with all HYT models, the hour is displayed through fluidic technology in a 12-hour format. A colored liquid fills the glass capillary running around the outer edge of the dial, retrograding back after 12 hours. Central hands mark the minutes for precise time reading.

The watch’s octagonal, lug-free design enhances its sleek silhouette, complemented by an interchangeable strap system. The user can switch effortlessly between a nylon or rubber strap by pressing a push-button on the case’s back. This ergonomic design ensures both style and comfort, with a titanium pin buckle for secure fastening.

On the reverse, the open case back with sapphire crystal reveals the hand-wound calibre 501-CM, composed of 352 parts and 41 jewels. The signature bellows remain integral, regulating fluid movement. Each reference is offered with two straps that match the dial color, adding versatility to these innovative timepieces.
