Min. ReadThe Aikon Collection, which has gained admiration of the watch enthusiasts with its entry-level and mid-level price band since its introduction, is expanded with a new model. The model that takes the name Venturer is a diver in the technical sense, but it draws attention with its details, which do not compromise the luxury part.
The new model comes in a stainless steel case with a diameter of 43mm and a height of 11.60mm. The case back is equipped with scratch resistant sapphire crystals on both sides (with anti-reflection coating on the front one) and is water resistant to a solid 300 meters / 3 bars. The coin edge shaped uni-directional bezel and screw-in winding crown are the other components that go in-line with the dive watch concept.
The patterned dial in the Aikon Collection, which we are familiar with from the past models, is replaced by a sun-ray-shaped surface. The dial, which is successful for both day and night in terms of legibility, can be preferred as black or blue. The window for the date function is at 3 o’clock.
The new model is powered by the Sellita SW 200-1 base Caliber ML115 movement. 26 jewels self-winding movement beats at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph) and offers a 38-hour power reserve when fully wound.
The prices for the metal bracelet and rubber strap options are CHF 1990.00 and CHF 1850.00 respectively.
