Parmigiani, one of the special brands in the Swiss watchmaking industry, was under the spotlight with the Ref. PFC160-0021400-B00202 model from Kalpa Piccola Collection which is the brand’s first product line designed exclusively for ladies.
Parmigiani’s first product line for women users, the Kalpa Piccola Collection, joined the brand in 2006 and has received great attention as one of the most successful women’s watch adaptations of the iconic tonneau-style case form. The timepiece that we chose for you from the collection, which offers a wide selection of different versions, is the Ref. PFC160-0021400-B00202 model.
The characteristic tonneau style case of the model measures 29.5 x 24.5 mm dimensions. Made of entirely mirror polished stainless steel, the case is adorned with lateral set brilliant-cut diamonds on each side and its integrated lugs. The case sports an AR coated scratch resistant sapphire crystal on the front side and a solid stainless steel caseback at the rear side. Allowing to be worn comfortably even on smaller wrists with its total height of 6.3mm, the case is water resistant to 30 meters.
The gem-set concept follows on the stainless steel bracelet. There are laterally set diamonds on the outer side of the three piece bracelet which offers perfect integration with case both technically and aesthetically. The bracelet is secured with a Parmigiani signed folding clasp.
The SunRay finish black dial is also adorned with diamonds. The big stylized Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock are filled with brilliant cut diamonds which follows the dazzling look of the case and the bracelet. The rest of the hour markers and triangular hands are Rhodium coated.
As in the other versions of the collection, the model is powered with the Swiss made Quartz movement Caliber Ref. PF600.
