Min. ReadSpeake-Marin, one of the boutique names of independent brands, expands its Ripples collection, its unique representative in the luxury sports watch segment with integrated bracelet, with a new version.
The Ripples Collection, which the brand added to its product line in 2022, stands out as Speake-Marin's interpretation of the luxury sports watches segment with integrated bracelets, one of the most popular trends of all time. The new version added to the collection draws attention with its tone-on-tone color palette.
The new model comes with a case that the brand calls “La City”, designed with a diameter of 40.3mm and a height of 9.2mm. The uniquely designed case, which emphasizes Speake-Marin's London roots, is made of stainless steel. The stylish case, where matte surfaces are enlivened with polished lines, has sapphire crystals with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The elegant case, complemented by a Speake-Marin signed and screw-in crown, offers WR50M water resistance.
Speake-Marin Ripples Infinity Date features a silvery white dial in a tone that matches the steel case and bracelet. The dial, which stands out with its metallic rhodium-plated surface on a brass metal plate, also features the brand's Ripples pattern. The original dial, where rhodium-plated baton indices and heart-shaped hands show the time, has a small second's counter at 1:30. The window at 6 o'clock displays the date function.
The new model is powered by the Caliber SMA03-TD movement. Produced for Speake-Marin by the brand's sister company, Le Cercle des Horlogers, the automatic movement comes to life with a micro-rotor made of tungsten alloy. The movement operates at a frequency of 4Hz (28,800vph) and offers a power reserve of 52 hours when fully wound.
Speake-Marin Ripples Infinity Date comes with a stainless steel integrated bracelet complete with a hidden clasp. The list price for the model, which is planned to be produced in limited numbers depending on the production capacity of the brand, is CHF 23,900.
