Omega recently introduced the Seamaster Diver 300M ‘007’ to watch enthusiasts. The Seamaster model family, which appeared in many Bond films within the scope of the brand partnership that began in 1995, also hosted the new model exclusively designed for the 50th anniversary of the cult franchise. The model loved by the collectors, is back again with the Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond Limited Edition Set.
The first model comes with a 42mm stainless steel case and black rubber strap (Ref. 18.104.22.168.01.003). The 18K gold plate on the side of the case has the number of each model. The diving scale in the black ceramic bezel of the watch draws attention with its white enamels. The model is powered by the self-winding Caliber 8806, which offers a power reserve of 55 hours and resists magnetic fields up to 15,000 Gauss.
The second model (Ref. 22.214.171.124.01.001), which comes in 18K yellow gold, is completed with a black rubber strap and 18K yellow gold buckle. The limited-edition number is on the 18K white gold plate. The diving scale in the black ceramic bezel is made of Omega’s Ceragold.
On both models, time is displayed through a spiral brushed dial with a special black PVD coating. Models referring to the 50th anniversary of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, released in 1969, hide the number ‘50’ under the Super-LumiNova of the index at 10 o’clock. The marker on the 12 o’clock position of the dial, which is accompanied by 18K gold hands and indices, is inspired by the Bond family’s emblem.
The watches presented with the precision of Master Chronometer Caliber 8806 will reach their owners with NATO straps secured by buckles that are in line with the case materials and metal bracelets. The set, which is limited to only 275, will come with a Globetrotter bag.
