The 2019 version of the Only Watch auction, held every two years to raise funds for DMD patients, took place in Geneva on 9 November 2019. In the auction, where 50 different manufacturers participated with special models, the proceeds amounted to CHF 38,593,000, of which 31 million belonged to only one watch.

Produced by Rexhepi and based on the Chronometer Contemporain model, the watch features a platinum case measuring 38mm x 9.5mm. Equipped with the hand-wound Caliber RR01, the model is remarkably simple from the dial side while offering a pretty a complex design movement wise. Sale price: 360,000 CHF.
Produced by traditional methods without the use of modern production technologies, the model has an 18k white gold, 42mm x 9.8mm case and a handmade dial featuring the silhouette of Geneva. The opening at the bottom, between the lugs, provides the time display. Sale price: 70,000 CHF.
The model offered in a 42mm x 12mm stainless steel case is characterized by its unique dial color. Equipped with the caliber ARF16, the sales price was CHF 50,000.
The self-winding Caliber A&S6003 movement in the a 43.5mm diameter, anthracite DLC coated stainless steel case of the model takes the “unique watch concept a step further with customizable details. Sales price: CHF 26,000.
The 44mm case has a real butterfly wing on the dial. We hope they didn’t catch and kill a butterfly for it. The COSC certified caliber equipped model has a sales price of CHF 27,000.
The 44mm x 13.1mm case with carbon fiber and 18K gold details is placed around the ultra-lightweight titanium body. At the heart of the model is the patented “eXtreme Precision 1 Minute automatic tourbillon caliber. Sale price: 24,000 CHF.
AP 11.59, the collection with the “Legends also make mistakes themed, offered a model for the Only Watch 2019 auction with 18K pink & red gold case. Powered by the hand-wound tourbillon Caliber Ref. 2948, the model was sold for CHF 1,000,000.
The Only Watch 2019 version of the brands newly introduced model family BR05 comes in an 18K gold case measuring 40mm in diameter with a blue skeleton dial. Sale price: 55,000 CHF.
The 40.3mm x 13.23mm stainless steel case features the automatic Caliber 1151 with a 100-hour power reserve. In addition to the blue indices on the dial and bezel, the model also has a customized rotor and the retail price was CHF 45,000.
The model, which takes its name from Amvara, which means infinite space in Sanskrit, has an 18K white gold case decorated with diamonds and a curled snake-shaped dial symbolizing the eternity sign. Sale price: 130,000 CHF.
Carrying proudly the art of miniature painting on the dial, Bovet’s model for the Only Watch 2019 auction has an oval case and an automatic movement with 62 hours of power reserve. Sale price: 280,000 CHF.
The 38.3mm x 13.9mm stainless steel case of the model is equipped hand-wound chronograph caliber Valjoux 235 with a 45-hour power reserve. With a brown case and dial, this special model, which seemed to have time-traveled from the 1950s, was sold at CHF 210,000.
The 18K white gold case measuring 44.6mm x 13.45mm, that is waterproof up to 500 meters, has a COSC automatic caliber. Sale price: 60,000 CHF.
Chanel is one of the brands that have just flung out for Only Watch this year. Black and white versions of the classic J12 were offered for auction with different rotors. The models with 38mm diameter ceramic cases are equipped with automatic caliber 12.1. Sale price: 130,000 CHF.
The 42mm x 6,06mm black titanium case with a PVD coating makes the model’s coral serpent spectacular. The hand-wound DMC 16 has a primitive memory function. The user can set up a “reminder on his watch when he has a task to do. Of course, it’s up to her/him to look at the watch and remember what she/he’s going to do at that time, funny. Sale price: 70,000 CHF.
With a 46mm x 17.15mm, black DLC coated stainless steel case; the watch has minute repeater alarm complication. Sale price: 42,000 CHF.
Inspired by Cazpek’s stopwatch certified chronograph Faubourg de Cracovie, the model designed for Only Watch 2019 features a 41.5mm x 13.9mm ADLC coated titanium case and blue details. Sale price: 110,000 CHF.
The Moon Satellite model, which was the result of two unique companies’ collaboration, comes in a 45mm x 50mm x 13mm titanium case. Equipped with the Caliber URDB01 with moon phase complication and offered on a canvas strap, the model was sold for 300.000 CHF.
DeWitt’s Academia Slide, with its 49mm x 15.3mm dimensions, is quite far from usable, yet it is a high complication. The sales price of the model was CHF 45,000, with the hour indices shifted in the dial.
The 38mm diameter, platinum-crafted case with diamonds houses a hand-wound caliber with a power reserve of 50 hours. Sale price: 70,000 CHF.
With the 44mm diameter ceramic titanium case and fusee & chain tourbillon caliber, Chronometer FB 1 - Night Star has a sales price of CHF 150,000.
The model has a tantalum case measuring 44mm x 13.75mm and a special blue chrome dial exclusive to Only Watch. Equipped with annual calendar, equation of time, second time zone, moon phase, sidereal time and many other complications, the model’s sales price was 1.800.000 CHF.
The 42mm diameter 18 carat rose gold case features an in-house automatic tourbillon caliber FC-974. The most important feature of the watch is that the dial is made of meteorite, which was found in Namibia, Africa in 1839 and fell to the world 80,000 years ago. Sale price: 60,000 CHF.
The watch is equipped with a 44mm x 14.65mm PVD coated titanium case. Only Watch’s blue details are used generously and the sale price was CHF 24,000.
The model, which attracts attention with its extremely detailed case measuring 39,5mm x 10,5mm, features a unique dial that is exclusive to the Only Watch auction. Sale price: 70.000CHF.
Standing out with its minimal design, the brand’s 2019 Only Watch model features a 42mm x 12.9mm 18k rose gold case and a hand-wound caliber. Sale price: 48,000 CHF.
The 43mm diameter 18K white gold case has a meteor and mother of pearl dial. Equipped with the Hermes Caliber H1837, the watch is one of the most eye-catching moon phase complications ever. Sales price: CHF 210,000.
Launched under the leadership of sculptor Richard Orlinski, the Orlinski models will be showcased for the first time at the Only Watch auction with a combination of sapphire crystal case and bezel. The 45mm diameter case is equipped with an in-house hand-wound tourbillon Caliber HUB6021. Sale price: 240.000 CHF.
The 47mm case, made of titanium and 18K white gold, has 36 baguette cut blue sapphires. Equipped with an automatic bi-compax chronograph, the sales price was CHF 75,000.
With a 39mm diameter 18K white gold case, the watch is produced exclusively for Only Watch featuring a new dial color. Equipped with an automatic perpetual calendar movement, the sales price of the watch was CHF 60,000.
Equipped with a 41.5mm diameter black ceramic case, the model features an in-house automatic caliber. Contrary to the watches exclusively prepared for Only Watch, Jaquet Droz, which is decorated with red details instead of blue, has a retail price of CHF 45,000.
The 42mm x 13.7mm original bulat steel case and the most antipathic dial ever sold at a price of CHF 70,000.
Louis Moinet Memoris, which has a 46mm diameter titanium case, impresses with its artwork caliber. Equipped with Bi-compax, monopusher automatic chronograph, the sales price was CHF 42,000.
Louis Vuitton proudly carries the hand-painted dial completed after a 200 hours labor and has a 41mm diameter 18K white gold case housing an in-house automatic caliber. Sale price: 280,000 CHF.
The biggest difference of the watch with its 44mm diameter titanium case and sapphire crystal dial is its “crazy movement. Under normal conditions, the hour and minute hand are shaken freely. When the watch is perpendicular to the ground, the hands come to the positions they should be, indicating the time. Sale price: 17,000 CHF.
An Only Watch without MB&F and crazy friends is unthinkable. The 308mm x 258mm x 178mm table clock comes with an 8-day power reserve L’Epée production caliber. The child figure sitting on the T-Rex is the only detail that makes this watch unique. Sale price: 85,000 CHF.
Minerva calibers and single production concepts, which continue to exist within Montblanc, sound quite nice together. The 44mm titanium case model has a retail price of CHF 100,000.

We are here with the most remarkable watch of the Only Watch auction. The 47.7mm x 16.07mm stainless steel (!) case is one of the most sophisticated Patek Philippes ever. Sale price: 31,000,000 CHF.
With its 41mm x 4.3mm case dimensions, Piaget redefines the fineness and proves once again how much it likes to push the limits with its automatic caliber. The watch was equipped with the details of the Only Watch auction and was priced at CHF 48,000.
For some brands, the Only Watch auction is used as a great sales and advertising opportunity. With a 40.35mm x 38.5mm x 13.5mm titanium case and an in-house winding caliber, the watch sold at CHF 24,000.
Richard Mille does not need an introduction really. 44,5mm x 16,23mm carbon TPT and quartz TPT case, superbly manufactured automatic chronograph and annual calendar caliber, lots of brand value and “PROTO processing on the case back. Sale price: 320,000 CHF.
Some ideas arouse interest at first and unfortunately lose their popularity over time. That’s exactly what happened to Romain Jerome, but the executives persistently continue their business ventures. Fortunately, we can tolerate another watch. The watch is made of titanium 45mm in diameter and features an acrylic composite piece taken from the body of the Apollo 11 space shuttle. Sale price: 24,000 CHF.
Bringing a fresh breath to the chronograph watches with its modern interpretation, Singer has created a special watch for Only Watch, featuring a 43mm x 15mm black Damascus steel case and an in-house automatic chronograph caliber. Sale price: 45,000 CHF.
Equipped with a 42mm diameter titanium case and a very rare Valjoux 92 caliber, the model features blue details unique to the Only Watch organization. Sales price: CHF 20,000.
Bringing a new breath to modern watchmaking with its 40.5mm x 10.25mm bronze case and Jean-François Mojon manufacture, ETA 2892 based movement, Trilobe’s Only Watch model was sold to CHF 26,000.
Another Only Watch record holder Tudor’s model this year is as bold as ever. The watch, which was based on the Black Bay series, featured a 41mm x 4.8mm black ceramic case. The in-house produced COSC certified Caliber MT5602 brought the watch to life. Sales price is CHF 350,000.
The 42mm diameter anthracite PVD coated titanium case is equipped with the manual-winding Caliber UN-371. One of the most original design details, the moving lugs give the user comfort and technical superiority to the watch. Sale price: 35,000 CHF.
Produced with Kari Voutilainen’s minimal design philosophy, the pocket watch features a 50.3mm x 50.3mm x 14mm titanium case. Another important feature of the watch is that during the production phase, Kari worked with her daughter, 20-year-old Venla Voutilainen. Sale price: 110,000 CHF.
The 38mm x 12.6mm, 18K white gold case features the legendary chronograph caliber El Primero 400. The only watch’s turquoise color is used in the dial, and the retail price is CHF 75,000.
